- Date: from Monday 19 July to Friday 23 July.
- Where: Stockholm, Scandic -Infra City hotel at 15 minutes from Arlanda Airport and 20 minutes from central Stockholm.
- Why: the summerevent is a mandatory and integral part of the FUSION -EP Master.
- Students: should be there at the latest on Monday evening, July 19 and leave at the earliest on Friday afternoon 14:00.
- Master 2 students: will present their thesis and must send copies 2 weeks before the event, so Sunday, July 4. You can find the thesis modalities at the page of thesis proposals
- Transport is at your own expense so you better start early to order tickets. ;-(
- Accommodation is free
Accommodation is only paid for from Monday evening until Friday evening.
- Visa: if your current residence permit still is valid then you can travel on that document, if not please make an effort to arrange for a visum for Sweden. Not being present for visa reasons cannot be accepted.
